Bartosz Osiński
Member of the Management Board for Risk
Experienced expert with broad qualifications in the field of risk management.
Graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Electronic Economy at the Poznań University of Economics, specializing in Computer Science and Econometrics. He passed the CFA Level 1 exam administered by the CFA Institute and completed a number of specialist training programs.
He began his professional career in 2008 as an officer at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. From 2010 to 2012, he worked with TMS Brokers S.A., where he held the position of Risk Specialist. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, he served as a Capital Requirements Assessment Specialist at Alior Bank S.A.
In the following years, he held the roles of Head of the Cash Flow Department at TMS Brokers S.A. (2014–2017), Risk Manager, MLRO, and Director at TMS Brokers Europe Limited (2016–2017). From 2021 until the end of August 2025, he was associated with the OANDA Group, where he served as Head of Financial Risk and a Management Board Member responsible for Risk.

Management scope:
- management and oversight of the risk function;
- operational and strategic management of the XTB’s activities;
- developing responsible management practices and corporate governance.
