Filip Kaczmarzyk
Member of the Management Board for trading
A manager with extensive experience in financial markets, trading, and risk management. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with degrees in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems and holds a CFA Level III certification.
He has been involved in the capital market since 2007, starting his career at XTB as a Junior Trader in the Trading Department. In 2009, he was promoted to Deputy Chief Trader.
In the following years, he gained international experience – first at CFH Markets in London, and later at Noble Securities S.A., where he served as Director of the OTC Trading Desk and Director of the Foreign Markets Department.
In May 2015, he became Director of the Trading Department at XTB. Since January 2017, he has served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for trading.
Current term of office: 02.07.2025 – 02.07.2028
Management scope:
- managing the quality of XTB’s investment services and products;
- overseeing IT infrastructure;
- developing XTB’s investment products;
- promoting responsible management practices and corporate governance.
