Jakub Kubacki
Member of the Management Board
for Legal Affairs
A lawyer and member of the Warsaw Bar Council, specializing
in capital markets law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
He has been with XTB since 2010, starting his career in the Legal and Compliance Department. In 2012, he became Compliance Officer and later Director of the Legal Department.
Since January 2018, he has served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for legal affairs.
Current term of office: 02.07.2025 – 02.07.2028
Management scope:
- overseeing compliance and legal functions;
- activities related to the System Internal Control (SIC);
- supporting the Supervisory Officer in overseeing the Compliance with System of Legal Compliance (SLC);
- promoting responsible management practices and corporate governance.
