Omar Arnaout
President of the Management Board
A manager with many years of experience in sales, associated with XTB since 2007.
He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with a degree in Banking and Finance. He began his career as a Sales Dealer and later held managerial positions in the Company’s branches in Romania and Italy.
From 2012 to 2014, he was responsible for developing foreign operations at Noble Securities Brokerage House S.A., and in 2014 he served as Sales Director and President of the Management Board of xStore sp. z o.o.
In the following years, he led the retail sales structures of XTB Limited in the United Kingdom and later became Regional Director overseeing the Company’s operations in Poland, Hungary, Germany, and Romania.
He was appointed to the Management Board of XTB in January 2017 as Vice President responsible for sales. Since March 2017, he has served as President of the Management Board.

Management scope:
- directing and overseeing the work of the Management Board and its members;
- strategic and operational management of the Group’s sales activities;
- building stakeholder relationships and managing post-sales processes, human resources, and CSR initiatives (XTB Foundation);
- developing responsible management practices and corporate governance.
