Paweł Szejko

An expert in financial management. He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and the Poznań School of Banking and also studied at Aarhus University in Denmark. He holds qualifications as a Polish certified auditor and an ACCA diploma in international financial reporting.He began his professional career at international auditing firms (BDO, PwC), auditing financial institutions, including banks and investment funds. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at P.R.E.S.C.O. GROUP S.A., where he was involved in the IPO process and the company’s listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He has been with XTB since 2014, when he became Chief Financial Officer. Since January 2015, he has served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for finance.
Current term of office: 02.07.2025 – 02.07.2028
Management scope:
- overseeing XTB’s finance and investor relations functions;
- managing management information and the flow of confidential information;
- overseeing sustainable development initiatives;
- promoting responsible management practices and corporate governance;
- CSR activities (XTB Foundation).
