Jakub Zabłocki
Member of the Supervisory Board
Co-founder and currently an advisor to the Management Board of XTB. He began his professional career in 1997 at Gillette Poland S.A. as a Financial Analyst. Leveraging his experience in the financial sector and IT expertise, Jakub Zabłocki co-founded XTB in 2004 – a company combining knowledge of technology and finance to offer innovative solutions in Poland. XTB commenced brokerage operations on November 21, 2005, following the approval of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission (now KNF) granted by the decision of November 8, 2005. From 2004 to 2014, he served as President of the Management Board of XTB. From January 2011 to January 2017, he was a director at XTB Limited, a subsidiary based in the United Kingdom. Between January and May 2017, Jakub Zabłocki served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of XTB.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź.
The Member of the Supervisory Board meets the independence criteria specified in § 20(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association.
