I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, but such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of my consent before its withdrawal.

I declare that I have been informed that:

1. My personal data will be processed on the basis of my consent for the purpose of distributing the investor relations newsletter by XTB S.A. (“XTB”) (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – the General Data Protection Regulation).
2. The controller of my personal data is XTB S.A., with its registered office at ul. Prosta 67, 00-838 Warsaw (email: office@xtb.com).

   –  Categories of recipients: “cooperating entities,” i.e., companies owned or controlled by XTB, or companies jointly controlled with XTB, or those in ongoing cooperation with XTB, such as banks, investment firms, auditors, providers of other financial services, IT companies, consulting firms, or courier companies.
   – Distribution of XTB’s investor relations newsletter may require transferring personal data to entities providing services to XTB in other countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area. When data is transferred to countries that do not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, XTB applies safeguards in the form of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. The data subject may obtain a copy of their data.
   – Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
   – The data subject has the right to request from XTB access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
   – Providing personal data is voluntary.
