XTB S.A. (“XTB”) is a company whose shares have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Since 3 July 2016, in accordance with the MAR Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC), persons performing managerial responsibilities at XTB, in particular members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board, as well as persons closely associated with them, are required to notify XTB and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) of transactions conducted on their own account in XTB financial instruments.
Notifications submitted under Article 19 of the MAR Regulation by persons performing managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them should be sent to:

On 4 December 2024, the first amendments entered into force under the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, (EU) No 596/2014, and (EU) No 600/2014 to enhance the attractiveness of public capital markets in the Union for companies and to facilitate access to capital for small and medium-sized enterprises (the so-called Listing Act). One of them is a change in the threshold level, under which the obligation to report transactions applies to each subsequent transaction once the cumulative amount of EUR 20,000 is reached within a single calendar year.
