Appointment of the entity authorized to audit financial statements

The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 23 June 2016, the Company’s Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards and based on § 19 item 2 point i) of the Company’s Articles of Association, has appointed the entity authorized to audit financial statements.

The appointed entity is Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, entered under the number 130 (Auditor) onto the list of entities entitled to carry out the audit of financial statements, maintained by the National Council of Statutory Auditors.

The scope of an agreement between the Company and the Auditor will cover the review of the condensed separate financial statements of the Company for the 6 months period ended 30 June 2016 and the review of the condensed consolidated financial statements of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski Capital Group for the 6 months period ended 30 June 2016.

Agreement with the Auditor will be concluded for the period of execution of the subject of the agreement.

The Company used the services of the Auditor for the audit of the separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company and X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski Capital Group, respectively, for the financial years ended 31 December 2015 and 2014. Additionally, the Company used the services of the Auditor for the purpose of issuing the audit opinion on historical financial information of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski Capital Group for the years ended 31 December 2015, 2014 and 2013 contained in the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 13 April 2016.

Legal basis: Paragraph 5.1.19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
