Acting in accordance with article 15.4 of the Regulation on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities […], Management Board of XTB S.A. (“Company”) informs that in the content of the Management Board’s Report on the activities of the XTB Group in the first half of 2022 in point 5.4 on page 136 [only in the Polish version] published by the Company in the ESPI System, today there was an obvious and unintentional typing error consisting in incorrect indication that:
„As at the date of publication of this report, the total value of claims pursued against the Company and the Group’s companies was PLN 117.2 million”.
while it should be:
„As at the date of publication of this report, the total value of claims pursued against the Company and the Group’s companies was PLN 17.2 million”.
In the remaining scope, the content of the Management Board’s Report on the activities of the XTB Group in the first half of 2022 does not change, and the Company explains that the independent auditor’s report on the review was issued to the appropriate version of the semi-annual report.
Acting in accordance with article 15.4 of the Ordinance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities […] The company immediately re-published the corrected consolidated semi-annual report in the ESPI System.
