The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the „Company”) hereby announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2016:
- 16 May 2016 – Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report for 1Q 2016
- 30 August 2016 – Extended Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for the 1st half of 2016
- 14 November 2016 – Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report for 3Q 2016
The Company also announces that:
- pursuant to § 101 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish quarterly report for 2Q 2016;
- pursuant to § 83 sect. 1 of the Regulation its consolidated quarterly reports for 1Q and 3Q 2016 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
- pursuant to § 83 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
