The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021:
I. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:

- for Q3 2021 – 9 November 2021
II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2020 – 10 March 2021
III. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2020 – 10 March 2021
The Company also announces that:
- pursuant to § 79 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2020 nor a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2021;
- pursuant to § 62 sect. 1 of the Regulation the Company’s consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2021 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
- pursuant to § 62 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
