The Management Board of XTB S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023:
I. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:
- for Q1 2023 – 8 May 2023;
- for Q3 2023 – 8 November 2023.
II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2022 – 9 March 2023.
III. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 2023 – 18 August 2023.
The Company also announces that:
- pursuant to § 79 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2022 nor a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2023;
- pursuant to § 62 sect. 1 of the Regulation the Company’s consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2023 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
- pursuant to § 62 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
