Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023 – update of the date of publication of the annual report for 2022

With reference to Current Report No. 1/2023 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023, the Management Board of XTB S.A. (the “Company”) informs that the annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2022 will be published on March 23, 2023, instead of as indicated in the above-mentioned current report on March 9, 2023.

The publication dates of other periodic reports in 2023 remain unchanged.

Below, the Company provides the current dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023:

I. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:

• for Q1 2023 – 8 May 2023;
• for Q3 2023 – 8 November 2023.

II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2022 – 23 March 2023.

III. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 2023 – 18 August 2023.

The Company also announces that:

• pursuant to § 79 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2022 nor a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2023;
• pursuant to § 62 sect. 1 of the Regulation the Company’s consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2023 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
• pursuant to § 62 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
