Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 - XTB

The Management Board of XTB S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026:

I. Consolidated quarterly reports:

for Q1 2026 – 15 May 2026;
for Q3 2026 – 20 November 2026.

II. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025 – 20 March 2026.

III. Consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2026 – 28 August 2026.

The Company also announces that:

pursuant to Article 83(2) of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2025 and a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2026;
pursuant to Article 63(1) of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports of the Company
for Q1 and Q3 2026 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish them separately;
pursuant to Article 63(3) of the Regulation the Company will not publish a separate half-yearly report, therefore its consolidated half-yearly report will also contain separate condensed half-yearly financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
