The Management Board of the XTB S.A (the ”Company”) hereby announces that on 22 May 2025, the Company received from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., an entity closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities a notification prepared pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR Regulations.
