The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that pursuant to Resolution no. 6 of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company dated 12 April 2021 regarding distribution of the Company’s net profit, setting the dividend date and the dividend payment date, it was decided to distribute the Company’s net profit for the year 2020 in the amount of PLN 418 175 946,31 by the payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 210 116 706,65, i.e. PLN 1,79 per share. The rest amount of the net profit in the amount of PLN 208 059 239,66 will be retained by the Company on reserve capital.
At the same time the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting determined 21st of April 2021 as the day according to which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined (dividend date). The payment of the dividend is set on 30th of April 2021 (the day of payment of the dividend). All shares in number of 117.383.635 issued by the Company are entitled to the dividend.
