The Management Board of XTB S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that pursuant to Resolution no. 6 of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company dated 30 June 2023 distribution of the Company’s net profit, setting the dividend date and the dividend payment date, it was decided to distribute the Company’s net profit for the year 2021 in the amount of PLN 761 564 340,63 by the payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 570 484 466,10, i.e. PLN 4,86 per share. The rest amount of the net profit in the amount of PLN 191 079 874,53 will be retained by the Company on reserve capital.
At the same time the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting determined 10th of July 2023 as the day according to which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined (dividend date). The payment of the dividend is set on 21th of July 2023.
All shares in number of 117.383.635 issued by the Company are entitled to the dividend.
