The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the „Issuer”, „Company”, „XTB”) informs that on 13 November 2017 in the afternoon due to obvious technical error the Company published in ESPI through the Public Chancellery information based on art. 86 paragraph 2 of the Trading in Financial Instruments Act which was forwarded by XTB as a financial institution to the exclusive knowledge of Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The published information concerning Issuer’s compliance of capital adequacy and events which may affect the business or financial situation does not constitute the Company’s financial results for the third quarter of 2017 submitted as periodic reports. The report for the third quarter of 2017 will be submitted to public information according to the planned timetable on 14 November 2017.
