List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A.

Pursuant to article 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instrument to organized trading, and on public companies, the Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that the only shareholder holding at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting convened at 12 April 2021 was XXZW Investment Group S.A. with registered office in Luxemburg, holding 78.629.794 shares at the Ordinary General Meeting, which entitled to 78.629.794 votes, representing 99.61% of votes at this Ordinary General Meeting and 66.99% of the total number of votes in the Company.
