X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 26 April 2016, i.e. prior to the Company joining the Electronic Information Transmission System, it became aware of resolution No. 263/16 of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., i.e. the National Depository for Securities (the “NDS”), whereby the Management Board of the NDS resolved to: (i) register with the NDS 100,949,926 (one hundred million, nine hundred and forty-nine thousand, nine hundred and twenty-six) series A ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.05 each, and to code them as PLXTRDM00011, provided that these shares are admitted to trading on the regulated market; and (ii) register with the NDS on 27 April 2016 16,433,709 (sixteen million, four hundred and thirty-three thousand, seven hundred and nine) series A ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.05 each, and to code them as PLXTRDM00029.
In accordance with the resolution of the Management Board of the NDS, the registration of the shares referred to in (i) above will occur within three days of the receipt by the NDS of the documents confirming the admission of these shares to trading on the regulated market.
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 letter a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, in connection with § 34 section 1 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required under the laws of a non-member state.
