Resignation of a Supervisory Board member from applying for the election in the next term of office

The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”) informs that on 15 October 2021, the Company received a declaration, dated on 8 October 2021, of Mr. Jarosław Jasik on resignation from applying for the election of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board in the next term of office for personal reasons. Mr. Jarosław Jasik currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
