Referring to Current Report No. 4/2018 of 8 March 2018 the Management Board of the X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Issuer”, “Company”, “XTB”) provides supplementary information on Mr. Marek Strugała appointed for the Member of the Management Board of Company position. Mr. Marek Strugała started his professional career in 1993 in audit and business consulting department in Arthur Andersen in Poland, where in 1998 he became a manager. In 2002-2017 he worked in the KPMG audit department in Poland, since 2003 as a partner. In the years 2007-2011 he was the deputy Disciplinary Officer of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. Currently, he is carrying out the activity of business consulting. He also acts as a member of the Management Board at Awanzar sp. o.o. and the Chairman of the Council of the Consumer Forum Foundation.
He graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology with a master’s degree in Applied Informatics. In 2001 he obtained the title of certified auditor. According to the submitted statement, Mr. Marek Strugała does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to the Issuer in any form and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Mr. Marek Strugała is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
