The decision of the Member of the Management Board of XTB S.A. not to seek re-election for the next term

The Management Board of the XTB S.A. (“XTB”, “Company”) hereby announces that on March 31, 2025, the Company received a statement from Mr. Andrzej Przybylski indicating that he will not seek reappointment for the next term on the Management Board of XTB. The current term of the Management Board of XTB ends on July 1, 2025, and until that date, Mr. Andrzej Przybylski will continue to hold the position of Member of the Management Board for Risk Management.
