Organized since 2006 by the Institute of Accountancy and Taxes (Instytut Rachunkowości i Podatków), “The Best Annual Report” competition promotes best practices in corporate reporting and honors companies that prepare reports of the highest practical value for shareholders and investors.
In the regulated market category, evaluation covers the management report on operations, consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS/IAS, and the statement on compliance with corporate governance principles, among other criteria.
