I. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:

- for 1Q 2017 – 15 May 2017
- for 3Q 2017 – 14 November 2017
II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2016 – 20 March 2017
III. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for 1H 2017 – 30 August 2017
The Company also announces that:
- pursuant to § 101 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for 4Q 2016 nor a consolidated quarterly report for 2Q 2017;
- pursuant to § 83 sect. 1 of the Regulation its consolidated quarterly reports for 1Q and 3Q 2016 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
- pursuant to § 83 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
