The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the „Company”) hereby announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2018:
I. Consolidated Quarterly Reports:
- for 1Q 2018 – 10 May 2018
- for 3Q 2018 – 8 November 2018
II. Annual Report and Consolidated Annual Report for 2017 – 7 March 2018
III. Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for 1H 2018 – 23 August 2018
The Company also announces that:
- pursuant to § 101 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for 4Q 2017 nor a consolidated quarterly report for 2Q 2018;
- pursuant to § 83 sect. 1 of the Regulation its consolidated quarterly reports for 1Q and 3Q 2018 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish it separately;
- pursuant to § 83 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate semi-annual report therefore its consolidated semi-annual report will also contain separate semi-annual condensed financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
