The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Company”, “XTB”) hereby announces that on 7 March 2018 Mr. Michał Kędzia current Member of the Supervisory Board of XTB resigned from his position in the Supervisory Board of the Company on 7 March 2018. The reasons for resigned were not given. At the same time, the Company’s shareholder, i.e. Systexan S.a.r.l. with its registered office in Luxemburg acting pursuant to § 15 section 4(b) of the Articles of Association of XTB, filed a declaration on the appointment of Mr. Marek Strugała to the Supervisory Board of the Company to the Member of the Supervisory Board position on 7 March 2018. Other information on the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of XTB will be made available to the public in other current report after the Company has received relevant information and declarations.
