In relation to Current Report No. 13/2018 dated 25 April 2018, the Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (“Company”, “XTB”, “Issuer”) informs that on 10 July 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution regarding the appointment of Mr. Jakub Kubacki as a Member of the Management Board for Legal Affairs on the same day. At the same time, also on 10 July 2018, the Supervisory Board of the Company determined that as soon as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority granted the consent in accordance with Art. 102a.1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, the member of the Management Board for Legal Affairs will become responsible for supervising the risk management system and will subsequently become a Member of the Management Board for Legal Affairs and Risks.
In 2009 he graduated as a Master of Law from Koźmiński University, then he completed his training advocate and in 2013 passed the Bar exam at the District Warsaw Bar Association he was admitted to the Bar. In 2010 he started his professional career at XTB in the Legal and Compliance Department, where since 2012 he has been the Compliance Officer. From 25 April this year he became the Director of the Legal Department. He specializes in capital market law.
Mr. Jakub Kubacki is a managing partner at Integrated Systems Logistics LLC (USA), but the company has not started operating activities jet, and after the effective start of operation, it will not be conducting competitive activity to the Issuer.
The Issuer also informs that according to the submitted statements, Mr. Jakub Kubacki does not conduct any activity in the scope other than the one indicated above, in particular competitive activities in relation to the Issuer, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of the body of a capital company and he does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Mr. Jakub Kubacki is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
