In relation to Current Report No. 17/2018 dated 29 August 2018 on the appointment to the Management Board of the Company, the Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the Company, XTB) informs that on 9 April 2019 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, in accordance with the Communication of the 14th meeting, agreed unanimously to the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Przybylski as a Member of the Management Board, who will be responsible for supervising the risk management system in XTB.
