With reference to the Current Report No. 20/2018 regarding the imposition of a fine on X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Issuer”, “Company”) by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (the “Commission”) in relation with the violation of the law, in particular in the area of providing brokerage services to the Company’s clients and information included on that matter published in the periodic reports of the Company, the Management Board of the Company informs that on June 6, 2019, the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw (the “Court”) dismissed the Company’s plaint against the Commission’s decision to impose a financial fine in the amount of PLN 9.9 million. The Court decision is not legally binding yet.
At the same time, the Company informs that after the Court delivers a copy of the decision along with the justification, the Company will analyze it and decide whether to file a cassation appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court.
