The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that pursuant to Resolution no. 6 of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company dated 20 April 2020 regarding distribution of the Company’s net profit, setting the dividend date and the dividend payment date, it was decided to distribute the Company’s net profit for the year 2019 in the amount of PLN 54 145 324,41 by the payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 28 172 072,40, i.e. PLN 0,24 per share. The rest amount of the net profit in the amount of PLN 25 973 252,01 will be retained by the Company on reserve capital.
At the same time the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting determined 30th of April 2020 as the day according to which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined (dividend date). The payment of the dividend will be made on 15th of May 2020 (the day of payment of the dividend).
All shares in number of 117 383 635 issued by the Company are entitled to the dividend.
