Change of the XTB’s registered office address

The Management Board of X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (the “Company”, “XTB”) hereby announces that on 1 January 2022, the address of the Company’s registered office will be changed from the current one, i.e. Ogrodowa 58, 00-876 Warsaw, to the new one, i.e. Prosta 67, 00-838 Warsaw. As at the date of publication of this current report, the above-mentioned the change of XTB’s address has not yet been registered with the National Court Register.
