The Management Board of XTB S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that pursuant to Resolution no. 6 of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company dated 25 April 2022 regarding distribution of the Company’s net profit, setting the dividend date and the dividend payment date, it was decided to distribute the Company’s net profit for the year 2021 in the amount of PLN 234 841 352,95 by the payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 176 075 452,50, i.e. PLN 1,50 per share. The rest amount of the net profit in the amount of PLN 58 765 900,45 will be retained by the Company on reserve capital.
At the same time the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting determined 5th of May 2022 as the day according to which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined (dividend date). The payment of the dividend is set on 16th of May 2022 (the day of payment of the dividend).
All shares in number of 117.383.635 issued by the Company are entitled to the dividend.
