The Management Board of the XTB S.A (the ”Company”) hereby informs that on 16 May 2023, the Company received from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., Mr. Jakub Zabłocki and Mr. Hubert Walentynowicz a notification of a change in the share in the Company’s votes, prepared pursuant to article 69 of the Act on Public Offering.
