The Management Board of XTB S.A. (the “Company”) announces that it received on October 30, 2023 a communication from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities (Polish: KDPW), in which the KDPW informed that pursuant to KDPW Board Resolution No. 1002/2023 dated October 25, 2023, 185,616 Series B ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 0.05 per share will be registered with the KDPW on November 2, 2023. The shares will be identified with the code “PLXTRDM00011”.
