The Management Board of XTB S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024:
I. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- for Q1 2024 – 9 May 2024;
- for Q3 2024 – 8 November 2024.
II. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2023 – 28 March 2024.
III. Consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2024 – 20 August 2024.
The Company also announces that:
- pursuant to § 79 sect. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information […] (the “Regulation”) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2023 and a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2024;
- pursuant to § 62 sect. 1 of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports of the Company for Q1 and Q3 2024 will contain separate quarterly financial information and the Company will not publish them separately;
- pursuant to § 62 sect. 3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish a separate half-yearly report, therefore its consolidated half-yearly report will also contain separate condensed halfyearly financial statements with auditor’s report and condensed additional information.
