The Management Board of the XTB S.A (the ”Company”) hereby announces that on 8 February 2024, the Company received from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., an entity closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities a notification prepared pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR Regulations.
