The Management Board of the XTB S.A (the ”Company”) hereby informs that on 8 February 2024, the Company received from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., Mr. Jakub Zabłocki and Mr. Hubert Walentynowicz a notification of a change in the share in the Company’s votes, prepared pursuant to article 69 of the Act on Public Offering. The notification is attached to this current report.
