With reference to the current report no. 1/2024 of 3 January 2024 regarding the publication dates of periodic reports in 2024, the Management Board of XTB S.A. (the “Company”) announces that, in accordance with the information contained in the said report, the publication of the Company’s annual reports for the financial year 2023 will take place on the scheduled date of 28 March 2024.
At the same time, the Company informs that, due to the large volume of content of the reports in question, their size, counted in MB, exceeds the limit allowed by the ESPI Regulations. In view of the above, the Company will publish four consecutive ESPI forms according to the following key (taking into account the formats required by the ESEF standard):
1) Consolidated Annual Report [SRR] which includes:
a) President’s Letter,
b) Consolidated financial highlights,
c) Consolidated financial statements,
d) Management Board report on the operations of the Group and Company,
e) the required declaration and assessment of the Supervisory Board,
f) Report on the audit of consolidated financial statements.
2) Consolidated Annual Report [SRR] including the Sustainability Report.
3) Standalone Annual Report [RR] including:
a) President’s Letter,
b) Standalone financial highlights,
c) Standalone financial statements,
d) Management Board report on the operations of the Group and Company,
e) the required declaration and assessment of the Supervisory Board,
f) Report on the audit of financial statements.
4) Separate Annual Report [RR], including the Sustainability Report.
