(the ”Company”) hereby informs that on 6 September 2024, the Company received from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., Mr. Jakub Zabłocki and Mr. Hubert Walentynowicz notifications of a change in the share in the Company’s votes, prepared pursuant to article 69 of the Act on Public Offering.
