The Management Board of the XTB S.A (the „Issuer”, the ”Company”, “XTB”) hereby announces that on 2nd January 2025 the Company received from Mr Jan Byrski his resignation from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of XTB with effect from 15 January 2025 for personal reasons.
