The Management Board of the XTB S.A. (the ”Company”) hereby informs that on 22 May 2025, the Company received a notification from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., Mr. Jakub Zabłocki and Mr. Hubert Walentynowicz regarding a change in the share of votes in the Company, prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act.
