The Management Board of XTB S.A. (the ”Company”) hereby informs that on 7 September 2026, the Company received a notification from XX ZW Investment Group S.A., Mr. Jakub Zabłocki and Mr. Hubert Walentynowicz a notification regarding a change in the percentage of votes in the Company, prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act.
At the same time, the Company hereby clarifies that the notification referred to in Current Report No. 21/2026 was also received by the Company on 7 September 2026.
