Resignation of a Management Board Member

The Management Board of the XTB S.A (the ”Company”, “XTB”) hereby announces that on 3 March 2026, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Jakub Kubacki from his position as a Member of the Management Board of XTB, effective as of the end of 30 June 2026.

According to the content of the submitted statement, the resignation was submitted for important personal reasons.
